Removing glue, paint, cement and other construction build-up takes more time and specialized work than routine cleaning, so it is quoted individually.

Once exterior work near the windows is finished. Contact us early and we’ll plan access and dates around your schedule.
03 Can you handle large new developments?
Yes. With truck-mounted lifts up to 230 ft, rope access and gondolas we can reach new buildings of almost any height.
04 What do you remove from new windows?
Glue, paint, cement, stickers and other construction residue — from both the glass and the frames, inside and out.
05 Can you work while other trades are still on site?
Yes, once exterior work near the windows is finished. We coordinate access and dates with your general contractor around the construction timeline.

We coordinate dates and access with general contractors and developers around the construction timeline. For new high-rises we reach the facade with rope access, building gondolas or our truck-mounted lifts up to 230 ft, and every job ends with a walk-through before handover.
Post-construction cleaning is quoted individually after a free estimate, based on the amount of glass, the type of residue and access. We are licensed and carry workers’ compensation and $10 million in general liability coverage.
