01 Can I combine exterior services with window cleaning?
Yes. Façade cleaning, glass restoration, bird-spike installation and window caulking can be scheduled together with window cleaning, using the same access equipment. Mention everything you need when you request your estimate.
02 How do you reach the upper floors?
We choose the safest access for each facade: rope descent systems (RDS), suspended or pipe scaffolding, the building’s own gondola, or truck-mounted lifts with working heights from 40 up to 230 ft.
03 Do you work on residential buildings too?
Yes. We work on commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional properties across New York City.
04 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, with workers’ compensation and $10 million in general liability insurance. OSHA compliant, ANSI affiliated and an IPAF member.
05 How are exterior services priced?
Every project is priced individually after a free estimate, based on the work, the area and the access it needs. Our minimum service charge is $250 plus tax where applicable.
