01 Can you clean the outside of my apartment windows?
Often, yes. It depends on the window type and your building’s rules — exterior work in high-rises may need building approval. We’ll advise during your estimate.
02 Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum service charge is $250 plus tax where applicable.
03 Do I need to be home?
For interior cleaning someone needs to let our crew in. We’ll agree on a time that suits you.
04 Do you clean both inside and outside?
Yes. We offer indoor and outdoor window cleaning. For exterior glass in high-rise buildings we coordinate access with your building management.
05 Can you clean windows that haven’t been washed in years?
Yes. First-time cleaning for windows not washed in 3 years or longer is quoted separately, because it takes more time and care than a regular clean.
06 What if something was missed?
Every job ends with a walk-through. If something was missed, we come back and clean again for free — that’s the Skyway Promise.
